Rick has over forty years of ministry and business experience serving in multiple ministries and working as a leadership/management consultant.

He has written numerous growth development, and motivational resources for various religious organizations and businesses. His first published work; Polycarp, a destroyer of our gods, is a discipleship guide that has been woven into a novel. It provides the reader with positive instruction and guides the lessons along with a captivating story of how God builds his people.

He has recently been speaking monthly here at DBC and is currently taking us through the book of First Peter.
